This segment covers all the basic information about the students with auto generated Student UniqueID. Can perform settings to Fee, Transport, Hostel, Logins of student & also Import student data from Excel Sheet for enrollment.

Admission: SmartSchool has a comprehensive student admission form that allows you to fill the details directly or import their details from excel sheet and admit students one by one.

Enrollment: Once the data is entered you can Enroll the students and generate UniqueID. Can promote students to their concerned classes. Using data filters you can find students quickly as per your search

Flexible Reports This reports helps to print the student data in different formats which can be generated through different filters with different columns as per your requirement for each report.

ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT

SMARTSCHOOL Manages student, staff attendance manually or integrate with Biometric, RFID, Smart Card control systems for automatic marking of attendance comes under this segment.

Auto SMS / Email alerts can be send for the absentees and encourage them to be regular in school.

Students: SmartSchool gives you the opportunity to quickly take attendance & Parents can view attendance info at any time through the parent portal.

Staff: SmartSchool takes the Staff attendance in Paid / Unpaid Leave format in the system which can be used for payroll purposes.

EXAM MANAGEMENT

This module allows you to generate Exam Schedules, Question Paper and Hall Tickets within few minutes.

You can make an entry or generate reports on exams conducted and send results to students and parents. You can Manage Any Examination Flow using this feature .

TC/CC

Generating TC/CC manually

Most parents complain that transferring a student from one school to another is a long process and the dreadful part is to get their child’s transfer certificate. For any school to register a child legally, it is mandatory that they receive a Transfer Certificate (TC/CC) from the child’s current school in which he is studying. Registration at any school without a TC/CC is not possible. When a child is leaving a school or applying for a new one

he ought to have a TC/CC for the future need and the school generates a TC/CC with all the relevant details pertaining to the date of admission and date of leaving. The school also needs to maintain a record of the date of admission and fee due report of all the students before it could generate a TC/CC. Many schools have been accustomed to the practice of generating TC/CC manually

Stock: Available Stock of items, Scraped item details can also be recorded in this segment. Stock adjustment can be made in case of invalid stock. Used & Unused stock reports can be viewed.

Inward / Outward Letters module is used to maintain the Status of Receiving & Sending Letters from your Institution.
